Two meeting rooms are available for use at the Wareham Free Library:
- Community Room (Capacity 75)
- Conference Room (Capacity 15) (Available as staffing allows)
The Spinney Library Conference Room (Capacity 20)

A fillable application form (and policy) is found below. Fill out the meeting room application, save it to your device, and mail completed form to pmarshall@sailsinc.org. Printing or scanning the form may also be done. If you need assistance, please call the library at 508-295-2343 ext. 1011 and a staff member will be happy to help.
*Please note: No Room Reservation is complete until approved and confirmed by library staff.
