Used Book Sale

The Friends' Annual Used Book Sale will continue through Thursday, July 17 during regular library hours. Hundreds of like-new hardcovers and paperbacks are for sale. There are hundreds of great bargains still to be had!

 
 
The Friends of the Wareham Free Library hold wonderful Used Book Sales on the 4th Saturday of every month, except November and June, from 10:00 to 1:00 PM.  Hundreds of titles are available at great prices for adults and children.  Books on tape, videos, and CDs are also for sale.  Special price coffee table books and collectibles are featured for bibliophiles and those bargain hunters with special interests.
 
Every day three carts are filled with special hardcovers and paperbacks for patrons to choose from.  Mysteries, other fiction and non-fiction, and books for children are for sale in the lobby area of the library.
 
All the proceeds of Used Book Sales benefit programs and projects of the Friends.  These funds help supplement the library's book budget, supporting our position as a certified library with access to millions of titles statewide. The Friends also purchase computers, others equipment, furnishings and special purchases.  Donations are accepted every day in the book cart near the Main Entrance.  Thank you for your support of the Friends and the Wareham Free Library.
